SCOPE:
Supply & Installation of 3 No. crane rail systems, to be conducted over 2 No separate phases.
1st phase –First Stage Filter Crane: 2No x 43.111m
2nd phase - 2nd Stage Building: 2No x 18.785m
Main Gallery Building: 2No x 60.485m
WHAT WE DID:
Engineers installed new clips complete with new resilient rubber pad laid out and rails landed and rolled into position and fully puddle arc welded into one continuous length before being ground to profile. All rails were lined and spanned to within ISO 12488 Crane Class 2 tolerances. All rail joints were MPI tested and successfully passed.
OUTCOME:
The installation was completed successfully and on time.
